Dialed In Wins Holy Bull Stakes

Dialed In rallied from far back to impressively capture Sunday’s Grade 3 Holy Bull Stakes at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale, Florida.

The winner, ridden by Julien Leparoux and trained by Nick Zito, won his career debut in a six and one-half furlong sprint at Churchill Downs in November. He was withdrawn from a recent allowance race at Gulfstream Park due to a sloppy track.

Dialed In, by Mineshaft out of a Storm Cat dam, is now a viable 2011 Kentucky Derby contender and many fans are anxiously awaiting his next start following his electrifying performance in Sunday’s one-mile race.  The Feb 26 Fountain of Youth Stakes and the April 3 Florida Derby are possible upcoming targets for the exciting colt.

He is owned by Robert Lapenta and is now 2-for-2 lifetime with earnings of $268,800.
