Yesterday I profiled Harlan’s Hello from the Doodnauth Shivmangal barn and today we will take a look at his other 2011 Belmont Stakes hopeful Isn’t He Perfect.
The 3-year-old son of Pleasantly Perfect brings plenty of experience to the table with thirteen lifetime starts. He broke his maiden while racing for a $40,000 tag at Aqueduct last November and he captured a starter allowance event over the inner dirt in March of this year.
His numbers have been steadily climbing but he failed to threaten graded rivals in the Gotham, Wood Memorial, Jerome, and Preakness.
Isn’t He Perfect will be one of the longest shots on the board in the Belmont Stakes and figures to have his work cut out for him in the Test of Champions.
